Ticketing & Admission Policies

Tickets may be purchased in advance for any scheduled films.

In person: at our box office, cash, check and Visa or MasterCard are accepted forms of payment for gift cards, tickets and concessions. Our box office opens each day 30 minutes before the first scheduled show time.

By phone: Visa or MasterCard may be used to purchase tickets for will call. A $.50 service charge is added to each ticket purchased by phone. Gift cards may also be purchased by phone, using a credit card- which can be mailed to the purchaser or recipient, or held for pick up. See info below about Gift Cards. On-Line: Tickets may be purchased via our website (click here) up to 10 minutes before a show time is scheduled. On-line ticketing is automatically disabled when a show sells out, and we do not oversell any show times. If you hold a ticket or online receipt, you are guaranteed a seat. WHERE you sit will depend on when you arrive. Refunds are not given when a show sells out, because of undesirable seat location.

Anyone may purchase tickets for R-rated films, but holding a ticket does not guarantee admission to an R-rated film. Ticket holders must meet the rating criteria to be admitted to R-rated films. Refunds will not be given if the ticket holder is not old enough, or have parental permission when they arrive with a ticket purchased in advance. (See Ratings). Be prepared to show your photo ID when you arrive for an R-Rated film.

Passes are generally accepted after the first 3-7 days from the starting date of a National Release.

Special Engagements come with specific film company rules in order for us to exhibit the film, which generally include No Passes, No Matinee discounts, etc. These terms are generally in effect for the entire run of the film at our theater.

Check at the theater for specific information about whether your pass will be accepted before you arrive, to avoid surprises.

These items are not allowed to be carried in when you see a film at Reel Mountain Theater: Outside food or drinks, alcohol, video recording devices (including some phones), weapons, glass containers of any kind, and any other item that may impact any other customers comfort or safety. Any bag or handbag is subject to inspection before it is allowed to be carried in. It may be a better choice to leave large bags or backpacks in your vehicle. We appreciate your cooperation as we continue to maintain an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Gift Cards
Are available as rechargeable magnetic cards for any denomination over $10. We would be pleased to mail your "Gift" to a recipient after purchasing the card by phone. Please have your Visa or MasterCard handy when you call. Telephone gift card orders incur a $1.00 service charge per card. During business hours, call the theater at 970-577-1686 to purchase a gift card by phone.
