"Survey Says..."

Several weeks ago we conducted a survey that has helped us undertake some new projects and stay focused on what you find important. Here are some highlights of that survey:

Saturday is your favorite day to see a movie in a theater (67%), Monday is the least favorite (27%).

In order, the top 4 reasons you choose Reel Mountain over other theaters: Location, ticket prices, movie choice, customer service.

Ironically, the #1 reason to see a movie at a theater other than ours, is: movie selection.

65% of you say you would prefer to attend the late afternoon matinee (5pm-ish). Our numbers tell us that most people prefer the evening show.

The telling responses were those that you could type your answer essay style...

Here are a few things you would change if we handed you the keys today (in no particular order): 1) No babies in adult movies. Babies crying is as disruptive as cell phones. 2) Later hours, or even pushing back evening shows a half hour. 3) More drink holders.
