Change is at hand in our lobby.

For several months, if not more than a year, I have been talking about what we could do with the theater lobby to freshen it up. On the heels of our Reel Fan survey a couple of months ago we have replaced some seats and finalized the plans for the lobby facelift. In conjunction with the talented lady that coordinated our spiffy bathrooms, we're bringing it together over the next 10 days.

Here's a quick rundown, but if you want to see the sketch, you'll have to stop by. New cabinets with a copper top replaces the back counter; a vintage western/victorian backbar to frame the wall mirror and move our major equipment into strategic locations; transforming the candy counter into a more user friendly case that will bring everything together in one spot, with classic candy counter styling... The front face of the counter will sport some beautiful copper panels on the black cherry stained beetle kill pine, and the light fixtures will become attractive embellishments, versus 80's hold overs. Finally, some improvements to the signage and poster displays will ice the remodeling cake, and further enhance your comfort in your local theater.

We want you to be excited about Reel Mountain, and many of the changes stem from comments or suggestions that we've heard over the last 6 years of owning the business.

Come in and take a look.
