Come on in, the popcorn's fine...

Whew! It's a nice rest from the craziness of summer... we know why so many other businesses take that end of season break during the end of September; it slows to a manageable pace, time to see the locals again.

We chuckle to ourselves when we see you coming in as the projectors start rolling, right at seven o'clock... car leaning over as you make the turn left after entering the parking lot, lifting up onto two wheels and then stopping abruptly in the closest parking spot... you know you're cutting it close, but you know that you'll make it in in time... and we know that you're counting on us to hustle you in... It's the local approach to the movies. We're just glad you fitting in a little time for an escape.

In other news, we have an opportunity to present an independent film entitled: The Horse Boy. The film follows one Texas couple and their autistic son as they trek on horseback through Outer Mongolia in a desperate attempt to treat his condition with shamanic healing. We'd like to partner with an interested group that might help market it, and share some of the proceeds. Do you know anyone or any group? Please forward this email to them. The film website is here.
