Birthday Parties!

Birthdays are something special at Reel Mountain when we combine the glamour and excitement of Hollywood with your party. We can show a currently scheduled feature film, or a DVD/VHS tape that you provide on our big
(22’ wide) screen with body-shaking theater sound… We welcome your group during public hours, or after hours where you can sing along with the characters or laugh out loud and comment to your neighbors… Either way, a birthday party at Reel Mountain leaves a lasting memory.

Private Party
Base rate                     $195.00 for up to 30 guests
                                    (Birthday guest and 2 parents are not included in this count)

Cost includes private use of one auditorium and the lobby for up to three hours during non-public hours. Additional guests $7pp 

Each guest receives:

* Small popcorn and fountain drink with unlimited refills during the birthday party.

* Admission to the movie (guests’ DVD or a current 35mm feature)

* Tour of the projection room, including a piece of actual film

* Birthday guest may start the projector (if 35mm film) 

                                    Base rate also includes use of (2) - 6’ tables and (4) folding chairs, if needed. 

Scheduling must be confirmed at least 10 days prior to the party date. Scheduling is subject to film company restrictions or other Reel Mountain events. Base rate is for parties scheduled
during normally ‘closed’ hours.

Cotton Candy

Cotton candy machine in operation for 45 minutes with unlimited servings for party guests

Extra Cleaning

Important terms

                        * Outside food or beverage may not be brought into the theater, except cake and ice cream.
                        * A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the reservation.

  

Public Hours 

Base rate                     $9.00 per guest
                                    No minimum charge.
                                    Birthday guest is admitted at no charge when they bring 8 or more guests.

 

Each guest receives:

* Small popcorn and fountain drink with unlimited refills during the birthday party.

* Admission to the movie (regularly scheduled 35mm film)

* Tour of the projection room, including a piece of actual film

* Birthday guest may start the projector

* Dedicated staff assistant at start of show 

Scheduling: must be confirmed at least 2 days prior to the event date. Scheduling is subject to film company restrictions or other Reel Mountain events.

Birthday slide

Birthday slide inserted in regular pre-show screen program (info/pics must be received 10 days before event) Runs for day of party

 Important terms

                        * Outside food or beverage may not be brought into the theater, including cake or ice cream.
                        * Since the party is taking place during public hours, the theater staff must enforce noise guidelines to protect every customers’ movie experience
